Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files that are downloaded to your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Payment Terms

For online payments we accept Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal.

Our invoice terms for account customers are 14 days. Invoices will be sent out to you via email to the email address you specify when setting up the account. These will need to be settled within 14 days of the invoice date.

If invoices are not settled within 28 days of the invoice date your account will be put on STOP (this is an automated system action), once the account is brought up to date the account will be reactivated (this is an automated system action).

Mistakes during checkout - if you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, just contact us ASAP, if possible we will correct the mistake for you.

Orders up to £30 in value - £3.15

Orders over £30 in value - £5.20

Delivery Schedule

We aim to despatch all orders within two working days. 

Orders dispatched using Royal Mail 24 / 48 (Delivery Confirmed) are sent barcoded with delivery confirmation using track and trace.  If delivery is attempted but cannot be completed the parcel will be returned to the local sorting office and kept for 18 days.  A note will be left explaining the options to receive the order (i.e collect, re-schedule delivery etc.) .  We are unable to offer a free of charge replacement where a delivery as been attempted.

Where next day delivery is selected they will be sent using DPD Local.  A one hour delivery time slot will be allocated and you will be notified via email or text if this information is supplied at time of order.

We reserve the right to wait up to 14 days from the date of despatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item.

18 days after the attempted delivery the parcel will be returned to us. If required cost of resending will be payable by you.  Returned orders will be kept for 60 days.

VAT Charges

For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is added. This rate is applied to all products and services such as postage that we recharge.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

Privacy Policy

Personalised Gifts England do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this e-commerce enabled site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses, and make your experience better after you have logged in. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' (in Internet Explorer) and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that items which are personalised cannot be returned unless faulty.

For items which are non-personalised, in order for the item to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, or order number, as proof of purchase.

For items which have been received and which are faulty or broken on arrival, we may ask you for a photo of the item(s) for our records, and to understand the issue. Failure to provide a photo may mean that we cannot process your exchange or return.
